Nettle Extract 250 ml, Nettle Seed

Nettle, belonging to the nettle family, is a plant used in phytotherapy. The plant blooms between May and August. This upright-stemmed plant has stinging hairs on its leaves. Because of these hairs, touching the plant is not recommended. Skin contact with the plant can cause itching and redness. Nettle seeds contain certain minerals and beneficial substances. Because of these minerals and substances, nettle has a wide range of uses.

You can drink it morning and evening on an empty stomach, in a teaspoonful or according to the dosage indicated on the product (15 ml), by adding it to water or fruit juice. It is bitter because it contains the active ingredient of the plant.
