Produced by bees from the nectar they collect from various plants, It is a completely natural foodstuff with a high nutritional value, is consistent, stable, provides plenty of energy, and also has healing properties.

Honey, which has an important place as a nutrient, has a high energy value 100 grams of honey provides approximately 325 calories. Honey's energy value comes from the high doses of grape sugar (dextrose) and fruit sugar (levulose).
