An age-old food preservation technique, our lemons are preserved by storing them in salt over a period of 3-5 months.

HEAT: We believe that harissa should not be overwhelmingly hot, so we created our harissa to be big on flavor and gentle on the heat. We never allow unnecessary ingredients like red bell peppers or tomatoes to bulk up the mixture.
