Nouvelle Color Effective Decoflash bleaching powder is suitable for any lightening technique. The ideal combination of ingredients combines high lightening power with a gentle effect on the hair structure.

When mixed with an oxidizing agent, it forms a soft, uniform cream that does not foam or harden. Lightens hair up to 6 shades.

APPLICATION: Mix Decoflash with Nouvelle Cream Peroxide oxidizing emulsion in a 1:2 ratio (50 ml Decoflash + 100 ml oxidizing emulsion). The percentage of oxidizing agent and the holding time are selected in accordance with the initial condition of the hair and the desired level of lightening.
