Nova Vera Organic Olive Oil is produced by cold-pressing olives grown in our certified organic groves at an altitude of 600 meters, hand-harvested without any damage, transported to Ayvalik via a cold chain, and then cold-pressed in Nova Vera Ayvalik facilities, which hold BRC and ISO 22000 certifications.
The free fatty acid value is a maximum of 0.25 .
At all stages, from olives to olive oil, the temperature is measured at six points to ensure the paste is kept below 22 C. Early harvest and cold-pressing processing principles are applied precisely to ensure the highest levels of phenolic compounds, naturally found in very high concentrations in olive fruit, are transferred into the olive oil.
The olive oil you taste should evoke freshness and make you feel happy. Furthermore, when you inhale while a little olive oil is in your mouth, you should feel a burning sensation in your throat and nasal passages. These grassy aromas, bitterness, and pungency are due to the phenolic compounds in your olive oil and indicate its rich antioxidant capacity.
All products produced at Nova Vera are stored in specially air-conditioned warehouses at a maximum temperature between 18 C and 20 C.
Nova Vera Organic Olive Oil is characterized by fresh grass, artichokes, tomato leaves, arugula, and fresh green herbs.
Storage Conditions
You can store your olive oil in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture.
