We age organic Assam with real bergamot–an aromatic Italian orange–for several weeks to make this bright, balanced black tea. Each sip brings a robust flavor with subtle citrus notes.

Caffeine: High
Brewing Instructions: To start your day, steep 1 heaping tsp. tea in 12 oz. hot water for 4 minutes. For iced tea, brew 2 tsp., cool and pour over ice.

Try infusing your cold brew overnight with fresh herbs or fruit, or mix two different teas to create your own flavor. Please note, steeping tea in freshly boiled water is an important food safety step. If you are concerned about this, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider to determine if cold brew is right for you.
