OaheLake dog knee brace can be secured in two different ways depending on whether your dog is a male or female.

For female or slim dogs: wrap the strap around the dog's belly, pass it through the hole in the strap, and stick it.

For male or strong dogs: wrap the strap around the dog's belly, and attach the velcro on the strap from the side. To avoid private parts to make it more comfortable.

Tip for use:

• Wear the brace for 30 minutes a day at the beginning, increasing 30 minutes each day after, for up to 4 hours or more (Depending on the Injury or following the vet’s recommendation), it’s recommended to remove the brace every 3-4 hours to allow the leg to rest.
• Remove the brace before your dog sleeps at night( DO NOT wear the brace overnight).
• It is normal for them to have an adjustment or break-in period with all braces. Please Be patient and give your dog time to get used to the brace. (Most dogs will adapt to it within 1-5 days, a few dogs may need up to two weeks.)
• The Velcro strap must be tightened for comfort, make sure not to over-tighten as that is Uncomfortable and Poor circulation.
