It is produced with the utmost care in our home. Instead of using large machines, it is cooked using a traditional Ayurvedic recipe in small batches using real fermented butter, and the separation process is carried out.
It is produced from real fermented butter. We tested over 100 butter varieties from all over Türkiye to find the right and most delicious ghee. As a result, we have achieved butter produced not from cows fed natural methods, but from milk and cream, but from fermented butter. We have documented this with our GMO analysis results.
Real Ghee contains no milk residue because the fat is completely separated from the butter. Our analysis results confirm that we are lactose- and GMO-free. Because Ojas Kitchen Ghee is lactose-free, it doesn't burn as quickly during cooking as other oils it has a burning temperature of 250 degrees Celsius. How to Store It?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Avoid contact with wet or damp spoons, and avoid leaving the jar open and exposed to air.
Real Ghee does not require refrigeration because it does not contain milk or water residue. Due to the nature of the product, it can liquefy when the ambient temperature rises. This is normal. If you prefer to consume it solid, it can be stored in the refrigerator with the lid tightly closed.
The product's shelf life is 1 year (Ghee normally has no shelf life. If stored properly, it can last for many years without spoiling. However, the shelf life is specified on the product as per the Food Codex.)
