Organic extra virgin olive oil of the Cornicabra and Chamomile varieties, produced in Villaconejos (Madrid) and under D.O.P. Madrid oil. Made from our own production, which was harvested in the months of October and November at very low temperatures. It is a medium-intensity virgin olive oil, extra fruity on the nose with green leaves, artichoke, fennel, tomato and apple. On the palate bitter and spicy are of medium intensity and well balanced, resulting in a very long lasting oil on the palate. Combination: ideal for bread and tomatoes, cooked artichokes, cheese, eggs and white fish. INGREDIENTS 100 extra coupage from virgin corn goat and chamomileOLEUM LAGUNA Olijfolie, eerste persing olijfolie, extra milieuvriendelijk, rassen cornegeit en kamille, 500 ml Biologische eerste persing olijfolie extra van de rassen Cornicabra en kamille, geproduceerd in Villaconejos (Madrid) en onder D.O.P. Madrid-olie. Gemaakt uit eigen productie, die in de maanden oktober en november bij zeer lage temperatuur zijn geoogst. Het is een middelintensieve olijfolie van eerste persing extra fruitig in de neus met groene bladeren, artisjok, venkel, tomaat en appel. In de mond zijn bitter en kruidig in gemiddelde intensiteit en goed uitgebalanceerd, wat resulteert in een zeer langdurige olie in de mond.
