Applying ONC with heat helps to prevent the hair from being damaged. As it contains natural ingredients like Argan oil and Aloe vera
The ONC pH value is much lower then conventional hair dye. The combination of a low pH value, use of heat, and less toxins, provides a more permanent hair colour solution
USE OF HEAT IS NECESSARY FOR RESULTS. As this product does not contain chemicals to open the cuticles. After the colour mix is on your hair. Use medium heat from a hair dryer or heat cap. This opens the cuticles so the colour can go into the hair. Only use heat on the roots or regrowth hair. A heat cap is healthiest. As it opens the cuticles using trapped heat from your head. It also prevents overheating, which dries hair out. Don't forget - USE HEAT!

ONC NaturalColors is a two-step process for hair

You treat the roots and the rest of the hair separately. It is not a single application. Steps if you have already colored your hair:

Step 1) Apply the color mixture to your roots. You WILL NEED to apply heat (heat cap or blow dryer) to your roots of your hair. For 10 minutes for fine hair, increasing to 20 minutes for coarse, resistant hair.

DO NOT WASH OR RINSE

Step 2) Apply the color mixture to the rest of your hair. You WILL NOT need to apply heat to the already colored hair portion (i.e. everything but your roots) in this step. Leave the hair uncovered and not heated for 25 minutes for fine hair, increasing to 35 minutes for coarse, resistant hair.

Finally, Shampoo. Rinse well. Condition for 5 minutes. Rinse well.
