Ceremonial Matcha

Ingredients: Japanese ceremony grade Matcha (camellia sinensis)

Oolai Ceremonial Matcha Preparation Instructions:Pour 1 teaspoon (2g) of Oolai Ceremonial Matcha into your tea bowl (chawan) or cup. Slowly pour in 250ml of water (temperature 80-85 C). Then, immediately begin whisking. You can use a bamboo chasen or milk frother for whisking. Whisking for approximately 1 minute will produce a good foam.
