Das goldgrüne Benifuuki Pulver bietet gegenüber dem Blatttee den Vorteil, dass das ganze Blatt und damit 100 der Wirkstoffe des Tees vom Körper aufgenommen werden. Benifuuki Pulver hat ein sehr kräftiges Aroma, und ist dadurch sehr sparsam im Gebrauch. Empfohlen werden eine starke oder zwei leichte Portionen am Tag. Die Dosierung sollte dabei jedoch nur etwa halb so stark sein, wie bei einem traditionellen Matcha und ergibt einen fein duftenden, besonders gut schäumenden Tee. Liebhaber trinken ihn gerne pur.
