Organic Siyez (Kaplica) Wheat, grown under controlled conditions in Kastamonu, is ground in our stone mill in its pure form without removing the bran and germ.

Can be used as a supplementary food for babies aged 7 months and older.

Our products do not contain additives or chemicals such as coloring, sweetening, added salt, sugar, starch, etc.

Since it does not contain preservatives, it should be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, away from all kinds of flavors and odors.

ORGANIC ATALIK EINYEAS SOURDOUGH YEAST should be stored in mica containers in a dark place at room temperature, with minimal airflow.

Sunlight or high room temperature environments are not suitable for storage conditions.

How to Feed ORGANIC ATALIK EINYUAN SOURDOUGH YEAST?

75 grams of Atalik Siyez (Kaplica) Wheat Flour

40 ml of clean water (drinking water) at room temperature

Place 150 grams of ORGANIC ATALIK EINYEZ SOURDOUGH YEAST in a clean bowl. Add 75 grams of Atalik Siyez (Kaplica) Wheat Flour and 40 ml of drinking water, and mix well with a wooden spoon.

Place the mixture in a covered bowl and leave it at room temperature to absorb as little air as possible.
