Founded by David Bloch in 1988, Outdoor Edge was born from senior knife design project in 1986, as a mechanical engineering student attending the Colorado School of Mines.

The RazorSafe System merges surgical performance in the convenience of a hunting knife, for a family of razor sharp and strong, replacement blade hunting knives available, with blades that change safely and easily at the push of a button. The black-oxide coated blade holder supports the razor-blade for the strength of a traditional knife and sharpness of a surgeon’s scalpel. Choose from several knife designed to meet your hunting needs. Different blade styles work in unison to field dress, skin, debone and prepare fresh venison into family size portions, all with a family of knives that never needs sharpening.

When the blade goes dull, simply push the blade release button, and insert a new one into the black oxide coated 420J2 stainless steel blade holder designed to deliver the strength of a traditional knife.	MULTIPLE BLADE STYLES Bringing your harvest from the field to freezer just got easier with a family of knives that never need sharpening. Choose from six blade profiles and sizes to complete field dressing, quartering and processing in record time while never having to sharpen your knife.
