We blend coffee from four countries around the world, creating a unique blend of 55 Arabica and 45 Robusta coffee, with a medium-dark roast to complement the taste of espresso. We also offer it for home use, maintaining the same high quality as the original brew. A straightforward and honest blend that leaves a lingering aftertaste of brown notes, finished with a hint of black pepper for optimal balance between aroma and flavor. What aroma do you hear? Dark crema and a compact consistency (when brewed at the bar), good aromatics, and a very interesting nose of cocoa, toast, biscuit, and licorice for a full and silky taste.
