HOW TO ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE CRUTCH?

STEP 1: Remove height clip

Remove the height adjustment clip using both thumbs and upward force. This will help to remove the height adjustment clip more easily.

STEP 2: Adequate height

The user must be upright on a firm, flat surface, placing the handle at the level of the trochanter (hip).

STEP 3: Height adjustment

Once the crutch handle is at the correct height, place the adjustment clip on the corresponding adjustment.

STEP 4: Forearm adjustment

Adjust the height of the forearm below the elbow by removing the forearm adjustment clip as in step 1 and placing the clip at the appropriate setting.
