Directions: Pour 2 teaspoons (4.0 g) into 1 cup (200 ml) of hot water, steep in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, strain, and take 1/2 cup (100 ml) of the infusion for adults 2 times a day with meals.

Duration of use: 1 month.

Осина принимается при ревматизме, болезнях почек, цистите, гастрите. Рекомендуется в качестве биологически активной добавки к пище-источника дубильных веществ.

Рекомендации по применению: 2 чайные ложки (4,0 г) залить 1 стаканом (200 мл) горячей воды, настаивать на водяной бане 15 -20 минут, процедить, принимать взрослым по 1/2 стакана (100 мл) настоя 2 раза в день во время еды.

Продолжительность приема – 1 месяц. Готовый настой хранить в холодильнике не более 2-х суток.

Противопоказания: индивидуальная непереносимость компонентов, беременность, кормление грудью.
