Skincare	1 to 2 drops of oil can be blended in 10ML base oil or skin care products for skin absorption, which can lighten pigmentation, whiten, hydrate, nourish the skin, and delay aging.
Wet compress	Take 2-3 drops essential oils into the wet towel, then give the towel a half-dry wring and have a hot compress or cool compress for a relieving effect.
Massage	Blend 2-3 drops essential oils in the base oil, then rub to warm up the hands and massage the face or body.
SPA	Mix 6-8 drops essential oils with the proper amount vegetable oil, milk or honey, then pour in the bathtub to have a bathody.
