Five Steps to Use the HULMAY Dental Plaque Remover Tool

1. Install the cleaning head.Please use the wrench (the package included) to install or exchange the clean head, make sure you have installed it tightly.Don't pull the clean head and the build-in Led light.(Note:If you feel its power is weak, please use the wrench to tighten the clean head.)
2. Clean the Head.The plaque remover for teeth can be washed directly with water, very easy to use and maintain(Note: the body shouldn't be soaked in water).There are extra three heads attached,pionted cleaning head is used to remove calculus,plaque and stains between teeth and gums,flat cleaning head is used to remove large calculus and plaque on the surface of teeth.
3. Power on & Switch mode.Power on:Long press the power button to start up,and the working indicator will always be on .Switch Mode: When it is working ,press switch button to successively enter soft- normal-middle-strong modes,accordingly the vibration strength increased in turn,you can select the most suitable mode as needed,it is recommended to start with the soft mode when using the device for the first time.
4. Remove the plaque and tartar,calculus,stains.When cleaning dental stains and tartar,place the cleaning head at an angle parallel to the tooth surface or less than 15 °,gently touch the lower part of the tooth stone,and move back and forth to shatter and shake off the calculus.
5. Rinse the head.After using the tooth cleaning kit, remember to clean the head, so that it can be kept clean, or it can be directly wiped and disinfected with alcohol tablets.

Question 1: Why Does It Not Vibrate After Charging? Is It Damaged?

Dear customer, there is an original charging cable in our product package. Please use our original charging cable with a 5V charging head,In this way, charging will not damage the product.(IMPORTANT NOTE: This device is only suitable for 5V charger adapter, other type of adapter will damage the device)

If it still doesn't work, please pay attention to the following:

1. The Plaque remover uses ultrasonic technology ,so it will not start vibrating until it touches a tooth or other hard object,it can avoid damaging your gums .
2. OR the head may not be tightened, so the vibration is weak.you can try to tighten the head of the remover.
