Begin with one-half shot (1.25 fl oz.) of hyde power shots to assess tolerance. Never exceed more than one half (1/2) shot per 12 hours or one full shot daily. One half (1/2) shot is equal to one full serving. Do not consume with other caffeinated products. Use or discard contents within 48 hours of opening.

Do not take if you are under 16 years of age, pregnant or nursing. Do not consume with alcohol. If you're taking medication or have a medical condition, consult your physician.
