A blend of soothing minerals and mood-boosting botanicals to support postpartum recovery and wellness.
New moms go through an astounding amount of change deserving of a replenishing recovery routine. On top of extreme physical transition, this delicate time can also trigger anxiety, mood swings and trouble sleeping, making postpartum self-care extremely vital. Inspired by this experience, we created a natural herbal sitz bath soak that combines soothing herbs and mood-boosting botanicals to help restore emotional and physical wellness.
If using a sitz, add 1 ounce to warm water filled 3/4s of the way (or following the directions of your sitz). Allow a few minutes for the mixture to dissolve and aromatics to steep before using. If using a tub, add 4 ounces to 3 to 4 inches of warm water. Soak for 10 to 20 minutes, and add more warm water as needed. You can use our sitz bath soak 2 to 3 times a day, or as often as your healthcare provider suggests.
Please Note: The water on your wound may cause pain at first, but it should ease. If you have stitches or concerns about pain, follow your healthcare provider's direction.
