EXFOLIATING FACE SCRUB

Your skin will be luminescent and baby soft! As an added bonus, the aroma from this scrub is amazing.

Gently massage the Superfruit Smoothie paste onto face in a circular motion with fingers or cloth onto face or body for gentle exfoliation. Leave on for a minute (or longer if you prefer). Rinse off with cold water, massaging gently to exfoliate and remove any dead skin from the face.

Note: You might feel a slight tingling on your face, but it should not cause any irritation or discomfort whatsoever.

EXFOLIATING BODY SCRUB

Use 1-2 times per week. Immersing your body in hot water or steam will open pores and increase the effectiveness of cleansing and exfoliation. Use your hands, a textured sponge, washcloth, or loofah: apply in circular motions, massaging the scrub into your skin, concentrating on problem areas. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to allow the ingredients to activate and absorb into the skin. Rinse residue from the body with warm or hot water

EXFOLIATING FOOT SCRUB

Clean feet with warm water or washcloths. Dry with a hand towel, and place under feet.? Scoop out 1 teaspoon of exfoliating Superfruit Smoothie Scrub onto each foot. Start at the bottom of the foot and work your way up the calf. Massage the scrub in circular until the slats have mostly dissolved. Wrap feet in a warm towel for 2 - 3 minutes. Rinse well with warm w ter and pat dry. Follow with Fractionated Coconut Oil as a moisturizer.
