What is the QBall No 2 bounces are the same, so you must watch and react to each bounce. Go as fast as you can. Speed trains speed. Using 2 Qballs allows even greater speed. Bounce the Qballs to waist height alternating hands. At waist height the Qball will randomly move about 18 inches horizontally which is easily within reach without moving your feet. Benefits to using the Qball Trainer
Exercise 1 – Bounce and Catch: Bounce and Catch 1 or 2 Qballs looking directly at the balls as they move. Focusing on the numbers indicates good visual tracking. This trains Eye Hand Coordination, Vision and Reactions. Compete with others by counting the bounces in 30 seconds. Exercise 2 – Peripheral Vision: Bounce and Catch 1 or 2 Qballs with your eyes focused on a fixed spot on the ground. This forces a person to track the Qball using only their peripheral vision. This exercise is important because our peripheral vision makes up the majority of our visual field. By improving it, we expand our visual field and awareness. Exercise 3 – Bounce + Catch + Count: Do the previous 2 exercises and count the number of bounces in 30 seconds or 1 minute. Challenge yourself and your friends to go faster. To add difficulty sing a song while counting. It forces you to count visually by imagining the numbers. Improves imagination and memory. Add more difficulty by moving, blinking or patching an eye with the Qball Eye Patch. Exercise 4 - Wall Bounce & Catch: Bounce the Qball off the wall and back or wall, ground and back. Add difficulty by kneeling, moving, blinking or patching an eye with the Qball Eye Patch. Exercise 5 - Math Games: Bounce 1 or 2 Qballs to waist height and add the top number of each bounce. Compete with others by timing how long it takes to add to 100. Add, multiply the top numbers and compete with friends. A point is awarded for the first correct answer.
Good for Athletes and Coaches For Athletes of all sports the benefits are clear. If you can see and track moving objects better, you can catch, hit, or shoot better. Unlike other reaction balls, the Qball can be bounced quickly to train speed. This results in fast reactions and speeds up thinking. Overspeed is a common training technique that trains athletes to do skills at a much faster speed than is required in their sport. In that way when it comes time to play, the game seems to slow down. The Qball does this better than any other training device available today.
