RAPUNZEL Pasta Semola is made from milled Italian durum wheat semolina (90 ) blended with millet (10 ). It contains 65 cereals. After pressing and shaping with the appropriate die, it undergoes a slow and gentle drying process for 10 hours at a maximum temperature of 60 C. INGREDIENTS Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina , millet (10.00 ) from certified organic production COOKING INSTRUCTIONS For 100g of pasta, bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta to the water and stir gently. Once the cooking time is complete, add a little cold water to stop the boiling and drain the pasta. Cooking time: 8 minutes. See more

DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT RAPUNZEL Pasta Semola est fabriqué à partir de semoule de blé dur italienne moulue (90 ) mélangée à du millet (10 ). Elle contient 65 des céréales. Après le pressage et la mise en forme par la matrice correspondante, le séchage lent et doux se produit pendant 10 heures à un maximum de 60 C. INGRÉDIENTS Ingrédients : semoule de blé dur , millet (10,00 ) issu de la production biologique contrôlée MODE D'EMPLOI Pour 100 g de pâtes, porter 1 litre d'eau à ébullition et ajouter du sel. Ajouter les pâtes à l'eau et remuer doucement. Une fois le temps de cuisson terminé, ajoutez un peu d'eau froide pour que l'eau de cuisson cesse de bouillir et égouttez les pâtes.
