DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT DESCRIPTION DU PRODUIT Avant le séchage, les raisins « dippt' » sont pulvérisés avec une solution à 5 de potpotasse (carbonate de potassium), de l'huile d'olive biologique et d'eau. Le temps de séchage est ainsi réduit d'environ 3 à 5 jours. Ils conservent ainsi leur couleur claire. Après séchage, les sultanines sont lavées et triées. Pour éviter que les baies ne collent ensemble, humidifiez les baies avec de l'huile de tournesol biologique après séchage.
