HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL

STEP 1:

Rinse through the Se Moss in a strainer

Removing all organic debris from the ocean; sand, salt, shells etc...

STEP 2-3:

Put the rinsed Sea Moss in a glass bowl and Fill the dish with water and leave to "soak"

Inspect Sea Moss to make sure all debris has been removed. This "soaking" stage is rehydrating and reactivating the Sea Moss

HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN SEA MOSS GEL

STEP 4-5:

Remove the Sea Moss after 24-48hrs and put into the blender - fill the blender with fresh water (and any additives) and blend until a smooth gel consistency.

Add water to reach desired texture- blend for at least 1-2minutes. The water left in the "soaking" bowl is full of minerals - try pouring it in your bath!.
