Preparation: For soft noddles Soak the noddles in cold water for 8-10 minutes and drain before cooking.

CHICKEN NODDLE SOUP (SERVES 4)

Ingredients:

-250g Real Thai Rice Sticks

-1.5 liters chicken broth

-4 star anise

-1 cinnamon stick

-4 cm peeled and sliced ginger

-2 teaspoons brown sugar

-2 tablespoons Real Thai fish sauce

-2 tablespoons rice vinegar

-500 g cooked chicken breast cubes

-100 g. green bean sprouts

- 25g coriander leaves

- 1 lime (sliced)

Cooking time: 20 minutes

- Boil the noodles in hot water for 2 minutes or until tender. Drain and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Set aside.

-Add the star anise, cinnamon stick, ginger, and brown sugar to the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

-Once it boils, cover and simmer over medium heat for another 5-6 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and star anise. Add the Real Thai fish sauce and rice vinegar.

-Add the cooked chicken cubes to the prepared noodles.

- Using a bowl and ladle, pour the chicken broth mixture over the chicken.

- Garnish with fresh bean sprouts and cilantro leaves. Serve with lime wedges.

Hazirlanisi: Yumusak noddle için Noddle'i soguk suda 8-10 dakika bekletin e pisirmeden önce suyunu süzün.

TAVUKLU NODDLE ÇORBASI (4 KISILIK)

Malzemeler:

-250 gr Real Thai Rice Stick

-1,5 litre tavuk suyu

-4 adet yildiz anason

-1 adet tarçin çubugu

- 4 cm soyulmus ve dilimlenmis zencefil

-2 çay kasigi esmer seker

-2 yemek kasigi Real Thai balik sosu

-2 yemek kasigi pirinç sirkesi

-500 gr. pismis küp tavuk gögsü

-100 gr. taze fasülye sirigi

- 25 gr kisnis yapragi

- 1 misket limon ( dilimlenmis )

Pisirme süresi : 20 dakika

-Noddle'i 2 dakika veya yumusayana kadar sicak suda kaynatin. Süzün ve 30 dakika soguk suda bekletin. Bir kenara alin.

-Tavuk suyuna yildiz anasonlari, tarçin çubugunu, zencefili ve esmer sekeri ekleyin. Kaynatmaya baslayin.

-Kaynadiktan sonra agzi kapali bir sekilde orta ateste 5-6 dakika daha kaynatin. Tarçin çubugunu ve yildiz anasonlari çikarin. Real Thai balik sosunu vepirinç sirkesini ekleyin.

-Hazirladiginiz Noddle'in üzerine küp seklindeki pisirilmis tavuklari ekleyin.

-Bir kase ve kepçe yardimiyla tavuklarin üzerine hazirladiginiz tavuk suyu karisimini koyun.

- Taze fasülye siriklarini ve kisnis yapraklari ile süsleyin. Misket limonu ile servis edin.
