2, Blue-Black - permanent tint for eyebrows and eyelashes in a deep, rich black with a blue sheen.
Makes the look as expressive and bright as possible.
Directions for use:
Squeeze 2 cm of tint from the tube, add 10 drops of refectocil oxidant 3% to the mixing container.
Using the applicator, mix the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Prepare the mixture immediately before tinting.
Apply to the lashes with a special plastic stick.
After 5-10 minutes (depending on the desired tint intensity), remove the tint with a dry cotton swab.
Remove any remaining color with a slightly damp cotton pad.
Instructions:
Mix only with RefectoCil Oxidant cream oxidant.
Reusable silicone pads are used to protect the skin around the eyes.
The entire procedure is performed with the eyes closed.
Result: Simple and safe use, accurate color rendering that will last for 6 weeks.
Consumption: One tube is enough for an average of 30 procedures.

Краска RefectoCil № 2, иссиня-чёрный - краска для перманентного окрашивания бровей и ресниц в глубокий, насыщенный черный цвет с синим отблеском. Делает взгляд максимально выразительным и ярким.
Способ применения:
Выдавить из тюбика 2см краски, добавить 10 капель окислителя refectocil oxidant 3% в емкость для смешивания. С помощью аппликатора смешать ингредиенты до однородного, кремообразного состояния. Смесь готовится непосредственно перед окрашиванием.
Нанесите на ресницы специальной пластиковой палочкой. Через 5-10 минут (в зависимости от желаемой интенсивности окрашивания), снимите сухой ватной палочкой краску. Слегка смоченным ватным тампоном удалите остатки краски.
Рекомендации:
Смешивать только с кремовым оксидантом RefectoCil Oxidant.
Для защиты кожи вокруг глаз используются силиконовые многоразовые подушечки.
Вся процедура проводится при закрытых глазах.
Результат: Простое и безопасное использование, точность передачи цвета, который сохранится 6 недель.
