The product is only effective on oxidizing dyes. If it is not known what type of dye was applied to the hair before,PINCH TESTIt is recommended to do. If different types of dyes are used on the hair, the color may change only partially and there is a possibility of different colors appearing. Do not use on hair that has had henna or metallic salts applied to it. The product works effectively on both new and non-new paint. In hair that has been dyed dark more than once,intense color pigmentSince it is already installed, the deletion process may need to be done twice.
• The product is not suitable for use by people under 12 years of age.• Do not use the product if you have any wear, damage, itching, wounds, scratches or cuts on your scalp.• The product should not be used for eyebrows and eyelashes.• Wear suitable protective gloves at all stages of application, during the process and final rinse.• Avoid contact of the product with eyes. 2. SENSITIVITY TEST The product may cause an allergic reaction. A Sensitivity Test should be performed 48 hours before using the product.
• Thoroughly clean a small area behind the ear or inside the elbow with an alcohol swab.• Take 1 gram each of Bottle 1 and Bottle 2, mix and apply to the area you cleaned.• Wait 48 hours before washing.• If redness, swelling or itching is observed, wash immediately with plenty of water and do not use the product.
3. TUCK TEST It is recommended to do the Tuft Test to preview the result of the product on your hair.
• What you need for the Pinch Test: Scissors, adhesive tape and a watch.• Cut a 1 cm wide piece of your hair and tape it from the cut end.• Take 2 grams each from Bottle 1 and Bottle 2 and mix.• Apply the mixture to the section of hair you cut.• Leave for 10 minutes with heat or 20 minutes without heat.• At the end of the waiting period, rinse the strand of hair for 5 minutes.• Apply bottle 3 and rinse with plenty of water for 5 minutes.
4. APPLICATION
• Apply Neva Hair Color Remover on dry hair.• Add Bottle 2 into Bottle 1 and cap the bottle tightly.• Mix for 45 - 60 seconds until homogeneous.• Wear gloves.• Gently break the cap of the application bottle and apply immediately to the area you want to apply. (The mixture should be applied as soon as it is prepared, because its effect will decrease over time.)• Use a plastic comb to distribute the mixture homogeneously throughout the hair.• Cover the hair with stretch film.• Leave for 10 minutes with heat or 20 minutes without heat.DO NOT EXCEED THE WAITING TIME.• When the waiting time is over, rinse the hair with plenty of warm water for 5 minutes. (HAIR THAT IS NOT RINSED THROUGH FOR 5 MINUTES MAY TURN TO A DARK COLOR AGAIN. MAKE SURE IT IS RINSED THROUGHLY!)• Apply half of bottle 3 by lathering it like shampoo for 1 minute and rinse with plenty of water for 5 minutes.• Apply the remaining part of bottle 3 by lathering it like a shampoo for 1 minute and rinse with plenty of water for 5 minutes.
NOTES: Due to the type of dye molecules, hair may regain color at an undesirable level. In this case, repeat the application process (The process can also be applied to hair that has been wetted with a towel). Despite everything, do not repeat the process more than 2-3 times in a row.• Blow dry the hair at low-medium temperature.• Proceed to the painting process of the new color.
