Black olives are collected during the harvest season.

The olives are sorted by size, washed, and drained.

Then, it is subjected to a drying process. It is manually turned inside out for weeks to dry without losing its flesh.

The most distinctive characteristics of this type of olive, also known among the public as "dried olives," are its thin skin and flesh.

Olives reach tasting maturity in approximately 6 months.

Due to the characteristic and natural properties of olives, brown-toned seeds may sometimes appear in the packaging.

Olives undergo no chemical processing and contain no additives from harvest to final packaging.
