Robertson was founded in 1864 when Mrs. Robertson began making marmalade in her family's grocery store in Paisley, Scotland. The result was a clear, tangy Golden Shred marmalade which over the years has become the UK's best-selling marmalade and has been joined by other great tasting marmalades including Golden Shredless, Silver Shred, and most recently we have added a Ginger Shred to the range. Robertson's Marmalade is extremely proud to have been awarded a Royal Warrant, first by King George V in 1933 and later by King George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
