Assamica Chocolate is created by blending the delicate loose leaf tea from Assam, India's leading tea-producing region, with real cocoa, natural chocolate flavor, cardamom, and ginger pieces. This rich tea, with a distinct dark chocolate note, has an exquisite flavor and a relaxing character. You can enjoy the harmony of milk and chocolate by adding milk to this elegant tea.

Hot Brew

1.5 teaspoons (2.5 g) of tea per cup, 250 ml of fresh, filtered 90 C water, 3-5 minutes steeping time

Cold Brew

(Serves two) Steep 4 teaspoons of tea in 250 ml of 90 C water for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes (you can sweeten it with honey or sugar if you like). Then, add 250 ml of ice water to your tea and stir.
