Hot Brew

1 teaspoon (1.5g) of tea leaves per cup, 250ml of fresh, filtered 90 C water, 3-5 minutes steeping time

Cold Brew

(For two) Steep 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in 250ml of 90 C water for 4-5 minutes. Let it cool for 15 minutes (you can sweeten it with honey or sugar if you like). Add 250ml of ice water to your Lady Rose tea and stir.
