Hot Brew

1 teaspoon (1.5g) of tea leaves per cup, 250ml of fresh, filtered 90 C water, 3-5 minutes steeping time

Cold Brew

(For two) Steep 2 teaspoons of tea leaves in 250ml of 90 C water for 4-5 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes (you can sweeten with honey or sugar if you like). Add 250ml of iced water to your strawberry black tea and stir. Garnish your iced tea with fresh strawberry slices.
