We wanted to introduce you to this special oil, obtained from Memecik olives carefully harvested from trees growing in the mountainous terrain of the Southern Aegean, at high altitudes and under challenging conditions.

Distinctive green plum and tomato leaves greet you, while the bay leaf and almond aromas you'll detect upon opening your mouth complement the palate's unique flavors.
