Air-dried, stemless. European origin, wild-harvested. Organic, tested in an EU laboratory. Rosehips are used in many tinctures, gins, marinades, and jams. Note: Before eating, it is important to remove the so-called "rosehip hairs" from inside the fruit. The berry is spherical or elliptical, measuring 25-50 mm in length, and ranges in color from red to dark red. The fruit is harvested after ripening, usually from October to the end of November. The main active ingredients are flavonoids and organic acids. The fruit is dried in two stages—first at 30 C, then briefly at a higher temperature (40 C). This ensures the protection of the beneficial active substances and the preservation of the raw material. The rosehips are harvested wild in the Carpathian Mountains, a region free from industry, ensuring healthy fruit growth. Furthermore, the raw material is sifted and cleaned to meet our customers' stringent requirements.
