Which Color Should I Prefer for Which Skin?
UnfortunatelySince many of our customers are new to permanent make-up and do not have sufficient knowledge about pigmentology, we frequently receive questions on this subject.
We have prepared a nice table for you to answer this question that we encounter very frequently. By using this table, you can make your applications with peace of mind. This way, when you apply the right color to the right skin, you will not be exposed to color changes.
We will present you suitable color alternatives for every skin type in the table. While some paints can be applied directly, it may be necessary to mix some paints.
RED (RED SKIN BASE COLOR)
Eye color will be brown or green, occasionally turquoise or light blue. Hair color looks golden blonde and reddish brown or rich copper tones. These customers often have freckles. As we get older, redness and freckles become more visible. In this skin type, the cheeks are red and white, the skin is also sensitive and thin.

TRANSPARENT (MAVINE SKIN BASE COLOR)
Here the skin type is very thin, capillaries are visible from the bottom, and the skin color has a very light purple color. Skin thickness can be as low as 0.02 microns. These are pale Anglo-Saxon or Scandinavian light skins tans. Hair color can range from white or ash blonde to brunette.

This skin has a light blue milky white undertone. The customer may resemble a Snow White with dark hair and pale skin. The hair may be dark brown or almost black, contrasting with the milky whiteness of the skin.

People from Spain, Italy and other coastal Mediterranean countries share these characteristics. Their skin lacks their natural red tone.They are real brunettes with very dark eyes.

BRUNETTE (BLUE GREEN SKIN BASE COLOR)
Pale skin tones including light wheaten skin, pale yellow-based or ivory skin. This skin is typical Mediterranean type wheat, brunettes. While their eyes and hair are dark, their skin has no red undertone. It is one of the skin colors we frequently encounter in Türkiye.

Some Hispanics whose ancestors are actually Native American and Mediterranean hybrids fall into this category. Skin color is reddish bronze skin. There are not many examples of this skin type in Turkey.
