A Healthier and Better Tasting Tuna
Mercury varies widely even in small tuna. This is why we invented technology to test every single tuna for mercury before we take it and many do not pass. No other brand does this. Elite is the lowest mercury tuna of any brand - 8X lower on average than Albacore (per FDA*) and tests as pure as wild salmon.
Most other brands precook fish on racks and Omega 3 oils drain away. Their tuna is then machine processed with fillers and recooked a second time in the package.
