Leuzea preparations ensure sufficient blood supply to the central nervous system, are used for depression, and are useful for oncological diseases. Leuzea is also considered useful for diabetes. Method of preparation and use: Decoction: Place 10 grams of maral root in a thermos and pour 250 grams of boiling water, leave for 30 minutes. Take orally 1/3 cup 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Tincture: Pour 500 grams of vodka over 50 grams of safflower leuzea root and leave in a cool, dark place for 10 days. Левзею считают также полезной при сахарном диабете. Способ приготовления и применения: Отвар: 10 гр. маральего корня поместить в термос и залить 250 гр. кипятка, настаивать 30 минут. Принимать внутрь по 1/3 стакан 3 раза в день, за 30 минут до еды. Настойка: 50 гр. корня левзеи сафлоровидной залить 500 гр. водки, настаивать в темном прохладном месте 10 дней. Пить по 1 чайной ложке 3 раза в день перед едой.
