Method of preparation and use: Decoction: pour 1-2 tablespoons of herbs with 300 g of boiling water, leave in a thermos for 30 minutes. Take 100 g 3 times a day, 30 minutes before meals. Alcohol tincture: pour 2 tablespoons of herbs with 100 g. vodka, steep for 10 days in a cool, dark place, then strain. Take 20-30 drops after meals, diluted with water. When gargling, dissolve 20-30 drops in half a glass of water.

Способ приготовления и применения: Отвар: 1-2 столовые ложки травы залить 300 гр. кипятка, настоять в термосе в течение 30 минут. Принимать по 100 гр. 3 раза в день, за 30 минут до еды. Спиртовая настойка: 2 столовые ложки травы залить 100 гр. водки, настоять в течение 10 дней в темном прохладном месте, процедить. Принимать по 20-30 капель, после еды, разбавив водой. При полоскании 20-30 капель растворить в пол стакана воды.
