Legal information The LMIV introduced, among other things, mandatory information on nutritional value declarations, instructions for use and information on the country of origin for goods from abroad. This information must appear on all prepackaged foods, even if they are intended for further processing (for the definition of "prepackaged foods" see Article 2 Paragraph 2 Letter e LMIV).
