Directions for use:

Add the contents of the Nutrient Salt package in accordance with the specified dosage to the pre-prepared must (before adding the yeast), mix thoroughly;

Distribute the contents of the Red Wine yeast package over the surface of the fermentable material, mix thoroughly;

To monitor the fermentation process (stop fermentation), dilute the contents of the Fermentation Stopper package in 50 ml of water, pour the resulting solution into the must and mix thoroughly.

Способ применения:

с целью контроля за процессом брожения (остановки брожения) содержимое упаковки Остановитель брожения разбавить в 50 мл воды, полученный раствор вылить в сусло и тщательно перемешать.
