Ingredients: Ceylon black leaf tea (90 ) with added apple (5 ), safflower (1.5 ), ginger (1.5 ), and vanilla (2 ) flavoring. Brewing Instructions: Pour the tea with hot water at 90 C (194 F). The brewing time should be 3 to 5 minutes. You can brew in two ways: With a short brew – up to 3 minutes – the infusion will be strongly refreshing and stimulating. With a longer brew – up to 5 minutes – the infusion will contain less caffeine and have a relaxing effect. Brewing for too long will result in an astringent taste, but it will not increase the caffeine content or make it more stimulating. On the contrary, the tannins produced with each subsequent minute, which give a bitter taste, neutralize the effect of the caffeine.

Méthode de brassage: Versez le thé avec de l'eau chaude à 90 C. Le temps d'infusion doit être de 3 à 5 minutes. Vous pouvez infuser de deux manières: Avec brassage court - jusqu'à 3 minutes, l'infusion sera fortement rafraîchissante et stimulante. Avec une infusion plus longue - jusqu'à 5 minutes, l'infusion contiendra moins de caféine et son effet sera relaxant. Une infusion trop longue provoque une astringence au goût de l'infusion, mais elle ne la rend pas plus riche en caféine et stimule davantage. Au contraire, les tanins produites à chaque minute suivante, donnant un goût amer, neutralisent l'effet de la théine.
