Grande Nachos: A seasoning blend with smoked paprika, chipotle chilli and cumin. Preparation and Usage: Just add: 1 tbs oil 450g skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced 100ml water 200g tortilla chips 175g sweetcorn 3 tomatoes, chopped 125g cheese, grated 3 Easy Cooking Steps: 1. Pre-heat oven to 200 C, 400 F, Gas mark 6. 2. Heat oil, add chicken, sprinkle over the seasoning and fry for 5 mins. Add water and cook for a further 2 mins, or until chicken is cooked through. 3. Spread half of the tortilla chips in an ovenproof dish, add half the chicken, sweetcorn, tomatoes and cheese. Repeat and bake for 15 mins.
