SCHWARZKOPF PROFESSIONAL oil-based oxidizing lotion is suitable for use with the entire Igora Vario Blond range and bleaching powder. When mixed, the lotion and dye form a creamy, uniform consistency that rinses off easily after the color has dried. The oxidizing lotion has a low pH of 3-5 and is gentle on the scalp, maintaining a neutral pH. APPLICATION: Mix dye and oxidizing lotion in a 1:1 ratio. Apply to dry hair for 30-45 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with shampoo! When refreshing previously colored hair, use the dual application technique, a professional colorist's method for working with regrown roots.
