CACAO ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients: 1 cup dates, 3 tbsp Cacao Powder, 1 tbsp Cacao Butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional), pinch of salt, Cacao Nibs for coating.

Method:

1. Add the dates, cacao powder, cacao butter, maple syrup, and salt. Blend until the mixture sticks together when pressed.
2. Roll the mixture into small balls.
3. Pour cacao nibs into a shallow bowl and roll each ball to coat. Chill for 20 minutes to firm up, then enjoy.
