• Nettle seed oil - 20ml

Usage Information:

• Add 5 drops internally to a cup of water and use twice a day
• Usage for Hair:
• Put enough nettle seed oil for the length of your hair in a bowl.
• Massage into your hair roots with your fingertips, avoiding touching your nails, for 10 minutes.
• After waiting for about 30 minutes, wash and rinse with your shampoo.
• There is no harm in applying it in the evening and washing it when you get up in the morning.
• Applying it 3 times a week is enough.

• Usage for Skin and Face:
