INSTRUCTIONS 1. Boil 10 cups of water for every cup of tapioca pearls in a large pot. Slowly add the tapioca to the boiling water and stir gently. 2. Wait until the tapioca floats to the surface. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to soften the tapioca to your personal preference). 3. Remove the tapioca and let it sit in cold water for 20 seconds. Pour the tapioca into a dry bowl and mix with sugar or honey.
