INSTRUCTIONS Boil 10 cups of water for every 1 cup of tapioca pearls in a large saucepan. Slowly add the tapioca to the boiling water and stir gently. Wait until the tapioca floats to the surface. Cover the pot. Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust the time to soften the tapioca to your liking). Remove the tapioca and let it sit in cold water for 20 seconds. Pour the tapioca into a dry bowl and stir in the sugar or honey.
