FunCakes Cookie Mix 500g INGREDIENTS Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, dextrose, dried glucose syrup, diphosphates E450, sodium carbonate E500, flavoring INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Process all ingredients at room temperature. Mix 500g of mix, 150g (cream) of butter and 1 egg (50g) into a dough. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 C (fan 160 C). Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface (approx. 3mm thick) and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden yellow. Let cool and decorate as desired. For approx. 25 cookies of 7-10cm, depending on thickness and shape. Proven FunCakes quality.
